Nuke Club to close

After S Immo AG already threw the techno club Griessmühle out of its premises at the beginning of 2020 amid great protest, the Nuke Club has now also been terminated. The Nuke Club in Berlin Friedrichshain was known until 2012 under the name K17 for gigs by gothic, metal, punk and rock bands. The operators demand support from politicians and refer to a resolution of the Bundestag from the beginning of May, which states that clubs and live venues are considered cultural venues in the future and are under special protection. A petition has already been started and is collecting signatures for the preservation of the Nuke Club.
