Organizer: Kompetenzzentrum Kultur- und Kreativwirtschaft Des Bundes
Even today, the world of work looks different in many places than it did just a few years ago: Key factors such as advancing digitization, a new understanding of values and more frequently changing framework conditions are transforming the world of work. The path to the digitalized knowledge society is therefore lined with sharing principles (whether job, desk or resource sharing), the desire for a sense of purpose and self-determination in work, and new organizational and network structures. Many principles of “New Work” have their origins in the cultural and creative industries.
This time, too, we will venture a look behind the scenes at three stations – digitally – and let experts have their say. We will learn more from them about what this new world of work will look like and which principles from the cultural and creative industries are already becoming increasingly prevalent in other sectors of the economy. In addition to the central question “How are the cultural and creative industries shaping the new world of work?”, your questions are also welcome!
