The state government of North Rhine-Westphalia is launching a prize for cultural education opportunities worth a total of 80,000 euros. The prize is awarded to projects that give young people the opportunity to engage with art and culture. The focus here is on the networking of actors such as schools and museums or theatres, in order to enable artistic and aesthetic experiences.
Cultural, educational and youth institutions as well as organisations, associations and initiatives that support cultural education can apply until 28th of January 2022. Prize money of 20,000 euros each will be awarded in the three main categories “School”, “Youth Work” and “Culture”. In addition, up to four promising projects will be supported with a sum of 5,000 euros.
